We are sad to hear that George is no longer with us. He died peacefully at home on 23rd March 2021. His invaluable help in setting up the Mens Shed will always be remembered. He is in his own virtual shed now.It would be good to see what he is making now, something wonderful no doubt. Here on Earth, we remember him for his stories:-

The time he went to Norway and was asked to blow up some boulders on a farm

( I’ll add others as they come to us through discussion)

And for his work in the shed on various projects.

We are coming back together this Monday 12th April.

 

I have no doubt we’ll be discussing him then.

He provided such valuable assistance and advice in the setting up of the shed.
